Just as everyone has a unique personality and is at different stages in their lives, Reiki experiences vary for each individual. These experiences may not be what some people expect and/or it may take some time to recognize and understand the benefits of Reiki. We back up our services with complete confidence and encourage everyone to read through our entire website before scheduling a session. However, if you are not happy with your session, please contact us directly as soon as possible by sending us a message here. It is our goal to reply to clients within 24-48 hours. We are committed to respecting your concerns and working with you to reach an appropriate solution.
We offer a partial refund of 50% for completed basic Reiki sessions for people only. The remaining balance that is not offered as a refund covers operating costs of Maluhia Center for Reiki and time and labor from the Reiki Practitioner. Refunds are given within 48 hours of the session. After 48 hours of the session, we do not offer refunds.
For appointments cancelled at least 24 hours from booked times, a full refund is offered. For appointments cancelled less than 24 hours to 12 hours from scheduled times, a partial refund of 75% is offered. For appointments cancelled less than 12 hours from scheduled times, a partial refund of 50% is offered.
If there is an emergency on our end and we cannot avoid rescheduling your appointment, we offer 25% off that session or a full refund.
Refunds are not offered for completed Shamanic Reiki sessions, sessions with financial aid discounts, or sessions for groups, animals, events, or spaces and places.
